Explore the beautiful Victoria Falls and Chobe

Victoria Falls is among the most spectacular waterfalls on earth. It is located along the magnificent Zambezi River, which serves as the boundary between Zimbabwe and Zambia. It is simple to visit and take in these lovely falls from the Zimbabwean side. Amazingly, Victoria Falls, which is regarded as the largest waterfall in the world, is 1708 meters wide. An ideal place to start exploring the many attractions that this region of Zimbabwe has to offer is the nearby little town of Victoria Falls. Adventure lovers can partake in a number of adrenaline-pumping activities in the area. Among the amazing activities available to guests are white water rafting, bungee jumping, scenic flights, kayaking, and a day trip to the Chobe National Park.

Day 2

Day Itinerary.

Soon after breakfast you explore the falls up close and on foot. Feel the thunder, be touched by the mist and enjoy endless great views as you walk the path hovering up close to the falls. The Tour Guides will ensure that the best photographic opportunities are indicated, whilst mesmerizing the clients with historical and current information, as well as details on the flora, fauna, bird & wildlife, and other related issues on this World Heritage Site. Raincoats are provided when needed.

Optional after the falls tour, you take to the sky for a bird’s eye view over magnificent Victoria Falls. The aerial view is unforgettable and is the only viewpoint where you can visually take in all of Victoria Falls.

Day 1

You are met and transferred from Victoria Falls Airport to Azambezi Lodge

 1530hrs our first activity is a sunset cruise on the Zambezi river, Revel in the majestic Zambezi River as you cruise through a scenic route adorned by the grand display of flora and fauna. Behold nature in its glory, you will be able to see the great Nile crocodile on the riverbanks and or in the water with its marvellous counterpart, the hippo. Be in awe of the gentle giants as they come up at this time of the day, soaking in the last rays of the day. Not to mention the myriad of birds you will spectate on their way to roost. Sail the same river the natives sailed in as part of their daily lives. The cruise is something not to be missed.  A tranquil experience while taking in all of nature and its serene form.

Day 3

Chobe Day Trip.

The Chobe day trip will depart from Victoria Falls in the early morning and return in the evening. You will be taken by 4×4 vehicle to Chobe National Park for a Game drive

After your game drive, you will have lunch at one of the lodges in Chobe National Park. In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to go on a boat safari along the Chobe River.

In addition to Chobe National Park, there are a number of other things you can do on a day trip from Victoria Falls to Botswana. You can do a Kazungula bridge tour, or visit a local village..

Transfer back to Victoria Falls and freshen up. We close the day with a Boma dinner and drumming show. This is not just another ethnic restaurant but a rather unique cultural experience. Excellent cuisine, including a variety of game meats and traditional Zimbabwean dishes, is accompanied by entertainment throughout your meal from traditional dancers. The highlight of the evening is the interactive drumming and dancing!
